Wow the summer has really gone fast. It has been plenty hot and I hope you have had a chance for a summer vacation or just some free time at the pool. We are getting ready for Max’s senior year at Father Ryan. Talk about time flying. We are almost empty nesters. This will be his last year at home before he heads to New York for school. That will be three kids out of the nest!
The Spring was First Time Home Buyers keeping the market in a frenzy in the university areas and pretty subdivisions of Franklin. This summer has been a flurry of the Super Deals. Foreclosures, short sales, renovations and fixer uppers have been driving the business and keeping us driving the streets of area 1, 2 and 10. I get as excited as our clients when they get the deal of the year. We have negotiated some great savings for our clients this year.
